Local businesses, service providers, clubs and organizations participate in the Health and Wellness Expo. Free gifts, massages, and mini checkups emphasize improving your quality of life through healthy living. Expert advice, references and answers to your questions make the Expo a must visit, even if you aren't running or walking in the weekend's events. The Health Expo is conveniently set up along the midway at the stadium entrance and next to the Bada Bing catered luncheon. In case of rain, the Expo will move indoors at Middletown High School, courtesy of the Board of Education of the Enlarged City School District of Middletown. Care to Exhibit?
